Virtual Campus

Funds will support the University’s ability to enhance and strengthen academic offerings, services, and access to learning and resources virtually to ensure that students and faculty can continue their academic journey during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

Virtual Campus

Uniandes’ digital transformation process has as one of its focal points the strengthening of the postgraduate degree.

Accordingly, the first of the three strategic objectives of the Uniandes Digital Transformation initiative seeks to “Create and implement the flexible and modular offer of virtual and hybrid postgraduate programs, with quality differentiators, and that responds to the current needs of the labor market and the demand” and aims to achieve the following critical results by 2025:

  • Have at least 2,000 new students (that is, grow by 50%) in innovative virtual and hybrid graduate programs, responding to the needs and opportunities of the context.
  • Offer at least 20 new or redesigned virtual and hybrid postgraduate programs, prioritized from the needs and opportunities of the context and meeting the established criteria of quality, modularity, and flexibility.
ConectaTE Evento

In view of the above, several groups of the University, including the Conecta-TE team, participate in the development of an action plan that promotes the achievement of these goals, agreeing on proposals in the academic, organizational, technological, and financial.
