The A la Paz initiative is led by the Compaz Foundation and the Alberto Lleras Camargo School of Government of the Universidad de los Andes, which seeks to provide socio-emotional tools to leaders who promote peace in the territories so that they develop leadership skills and can become multipliers of that peace in the regions most devastated by the conflict.
Through your support we can continue to build on the peace efforts already made and ensure that Colombia and its people learn and grow from the devastating effects of war and violence that has affected the country for generations.
The objectives of the Academy are:
To build a conscious and comprehensive definition of what PEACE implies
